It is already July, and that means our Masters Swim program is back! (Now with an more convenient schedule!)

I am excited to be running Masters Swim at Cardinal Hill again this summer! For the past seven years it has been my privilege to provide local adults with early morning swim workouts at our great pool. Each year we gain new members who come back year after year to take advantage of this special opportunity.
It has always been my goal to allow as many people to benefit from this program as possible. At any given practice, you will find a huge range of skill levels. From beginners, to former Division I collegiate swimmers, all who show up are given an hour long practice that they will benefit from. Each practice is tailored so that you can receive the swim workout that you are looking for.
This season I have made it easier for people with busy morning schedules to get their workout in. In years past the weekday practices have been held from 6:30-7:30. This year, swimmers will have the option to start their workout anywhere from 6:00-6:30. So if you need to leave the pool at 7:00, you will still be able to get the full hour long workout in by coming at 6:00. If you would like to stay the full hour and a half from 6:00-7:30 then you are more than welcome to, just keep in mind that the workouts are typically designed to last roughly one hour.
There is no formal membership to join Masters, all you have to do is show up and pay. You can either pay for each individual practice ($10 each) or pay $120 for the full month (19 total practices). Even non-members of Cardinal Hill are allowed (for now, I may limit the number of non-members if necessary).
