Website
The Cardinal Hill Swim Team website will always have
the most up to date information and should always be recognized as the primary
source for all things CH Swim Team related.
e-Mail Communication
Your email will only be utilized for communication
regarding the swim team, and messages will be sent out by the Team Leadership
only (Team Rep, Board Member, Coaches).
Weekly updates will be sent on Sunday of each week during the season,
and at other times to relay important information.
All weather alerts/cancelations/etc. will be sent via email and if practicable, posted on the front page of the website.
Swimmer Folders
We will be using a file folder system to distribute
ribbons and other materials as needed. They are located in the file drawers to
the right of the front desk where swimmers check into the pool. The drawers
contain file folders clearly marked with the Swim Family last name (one folder
per family). You are encouraged to check your child's folder regularly.
