Cardinal Hill Swim Team

We are assembling an awesome team of coaches that will lead us to maximize our performance and improvement this summer. If your 13+ swimmer is interested in joining us either as a volunteer Junior Coach or a paid part-time Assistant Coach, please have them fill out the application in the link below by May 7th.  Swimmers who are 13-14 years old this summer are welcome to apply to be volunteer Junior Coaches. Swimmers who are 15 years old this summer are welcome to apply as Assistant Coaches ONLY if they hold a valid lifeguard certification; otherwise they must apply for a volunteer Junior Coach position. Swimmers who are 16-18 years old are welcome to apply as paid, part-time Assistant Coaches.

Based on the number of coaches that apply, we will be looking at experience, ability to attend practice, leadership skills, etc. as criteria for getting hired. We will also have positions available later in the season for 15+ year old swimmers who hold a valid lifeguard certification to coach in our Mini Cardinal program that will begin after the last day of school.
